About Catalyst

Self-guided learning for managers, supervisors, team leaders and frontline workers. Team members throughout the organization learn a shared language around delivering results, and there is cohesion in how they operate. This produces increased engagement and higher productivity at all levels of the organization, and team members enjoy a work culture that promotes and contributes to everyone’s well-being. Staff retention rates improve, while the costs of recruiting and training to replace disgruntled team members decrease.

How it Works

Training videos can be uploaded to an organization’s existing Learning Management System, or to an LMS provided by Mastery Concepts.

Learners are given assignments relevant to their specific needs—either with one curriculum shared by all team members, or with an individually-tailored set of videos. No training is required to manage the program, so administration can be overseen by team members at any level of the organization. Coaches and trainers have as much—or as little—interaction with team members as needed. Simplicity, variability, and ease define how the program works.
